Welcome to Crown Elite Detailing. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions (Effective 2/21/26).

Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Services

Crown Elite Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services including exterior cleaning, interior detailing, paint protection, and related services.

---All services are performed to the best of our ability using professional products and techniques.
 

2. Appointments & Cancellations
  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $25 cancellation fee.

  • Crown Elite Detailing reserves the right to refuse service.
     

3. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept [cash / credit card / Zelle / Venmo / etc.].

  • Deposits may be required for premium or large services.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of appointment.

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability
  • Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.

  • Crown Elite Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage including scratches, dents, stains, worn paint, or mechanical issues.

  • Some stains, scratches, and imperfections may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.
     

5. Weather Policy (Mobile Services)
  • For mobile detailing services, safe working conditions are required.

  • Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather (heavy rain, snow, freezing temperatures, unsafe driveway conditions).
     

6. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion so we may address concerns.

---Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Crown Elite Detailing.
 

7. Access to Property (If Mobile)

Customer grants permission for Crown Elite Detailing to access the vehicle location for service, including use of driveway space.

Customer is responsible for ensuring access to:

  • Water source (if required)

  • Electrical outlet (if required)
     

8. Time Estimates

All service time estimates are approximate. Actual service duration may vary depending on vehicle condition.

9. Photo & Marketing Release

Crown Elite Detailing may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for marketing and promotional purposes. License plates and identifying details will be obscured when possible.

If a customer does not consent to this, they must notify us before service begins.
 

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • The vehicle poses a safety risk

  • Conditions are unsanitary or hazardous

  • The customer behaves in an inappropriate or threatening manner
     

11. Limitation of Liability

Crown Elite Detailing’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service provided.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
 

12. Agreement

By booking a service with Crown Elite Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
