At Crown Elite Detailing, we take pride in delivering high-quality detailing services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.
1. Service-Based Business Policy
Because our services involve time, labor, and professional materials that cannot be reused once applied, all completed services are non-refundable.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address the concern.
We may offer:

A complimentary touch-up

A partial service correction

A reasonable resolution at our discretion
2. Appointment Cancellations
We kindly ask customers to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee at the discretion of Crown Elite Detailing.
3. Weather & External Conditions
If a service must be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date.
4. Pre-Existing Conditions
Crown Elite Detailing is not responsible for:

Pre-existing paint damage

Deep scratches or rock chips

Interior stains that are permanently set

Wear and tear or aging materials
We will always communicate realistic expectations before beginning work.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks for completed services may be disputed with supporting documentation.
